We warrant that our cartridges will provide you with the same density (blackness) and page yield as the Original cartridges (click here to see page yields). Defective cartridges are replaced at no cost except that we reserve the right to prorate a charge based on the toner consumed.

We also warrant that our products do not damage your laser printer. We will repair or clean your printer without charge (other than transportation) should our cartridge directly cause any damage to your printer or should toner leak into your laser printer. On top of that, we are the only company that offers an insurance coverage sum of up to RM 1 million should the damage to your printer is caused by our cartridge.

Please be informed that some unevenness is common in remanufactured toner cartridges when printing gray scales (especially large shaded areas). For the purposes of our warranty, this is not a defect. We encourage you to use OEM toner cartridges when printing large graphics, presentation slides and other large shaded areas.
